Sustainable design doesn’t require high-tech solutions – just a new way of thinking.
In my thesis project, I developed an innovative bandsaw technique that reduces material waste from 48% to just 15% – without compromising on form or function. The result is sculptural furniture that supports a more sustainable way of making. The method is low-cost, accessible, and proves that meaningful change in the industry can start with a single, well-crafted cut.

2023A debut project at Malmstens, showcasing my fusion of solid beech and paper cord in a handcrafted stool. Inspired by both architecture and graphic design, I developed and built the piece from concept to completion.

Oyster table

From one raw plank to finished stool

 A dining table with a base inspired by the organic contours of an oyster. With a diameter of 110 cm, it comfortably accommodates 4-6 people. Crafted entirely from repurposed materials including PVC pipes, chipboards, and a thrifted tabletop.

 A contemporary reinterpretation of an altarpiece, inviting tranquility into ones space. Display your cherished items and ignite an incense to evoke a serene ambiance. Crafted from ash wood and mirror-polished steel, this shelf aimes to harmonize functionality with minimalistic design.
